Dear Paul,

How are you doing? I hope everything is fine. It’s been a very long time since we left college back in 2016. I’m writing to let you know about a party I’m planning to organize to bring together our classmates with whom we left school.

The party will just be a casual get-together, and it will be an opportunity for us to reminisce and reconnect with each other after all these years. I was thinking that our party could take place in the college’s multipurpose hall. I have already spoken with the principal, and he has promised to make the hall ready for us that day. During the party, we’ll have some homemade dishes and plenty of drinks. Additionally, I was thinking of organizing a football match between our batch and the final year students of the school.

I will be needing your assistance in organizing this gathering successfully. Would it be possible for you to help me to decorate the hall with flowers and some other furnishings? Additionally, I would wish that you arrange with the DJ who will entertain us during our gala night.
