Dear …., I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter because I want to organize get-together party for my all school friends. We finished our school ten years ago, during this time we did not meet any one. However, I can’t wait to meet with everyone. after a long time. I took good initiative for meetup. Firstly, I decided that to organize party in farmhouse. Their are indoor games , swimming pool and play ground. Where we remember our old school days. In addition, I manage the bonefire and Barbeque setup. I think these programs will not bore and disappoint us. every one have multiple choices of activities.

If anyone have a big size of sound speaker, he would call me because I found in many shops but the heavy sound speakers was not available. Currently, there are the season of parties, That is why all speakers are booked in advance.

I am telling to everyone. not made in excuse. That get-together not heppen again so please come on time. Your sincerely, XYZ please
