Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you with regard to my bag that missed on the plane during recent flight.

As you know, I have boarded London Airway 3251 from Dubai to Birmingham on 5th May, Sunday 8 pm and I occupied seat A3. I slept off during the whole travel and I woke up exactly on the plane landed. I stepped out in a hurry and placed the bag on the aircraft itself.

The bag contains valuable items such as certificates, credit cards and a wallet that includes 100 dollars. I have informed the local police station and contacted the bank for credit cards. However, I am more concerned about my educational documents If I lost them that will affect my career as well.

I kindly request you to investigate about my missing bag and return it to the same address as I given in the name slip.
