Dear Manny,

It was a pleasant surprise to receive your letter yesterday that you are going to visit Georgia in a couple month! I was pretty sure the next time we will see each other in 3 years, as you mention. And I planned about to visit you to see a spring festive in your hometown next year, to compare where we met each other in my town.

By the way, I will be so glad to invite you to stay in my place for your travel period. I recently moved to close a Central Park, and now have a guest room in my apartments where you can live as long as you need. Furthermore, if you have an office near down town you will be able to take a bus instead of subway.

I have also noticed that the summer park with butterflies has started to work. This park will be the first place we visit, when you arrived. The reason why I told you about that they have a new collection of creatures you into to collect as a photo or figures. After, we might visit a few fancy restaurants with a unique cuisine. So let me know if you are down.
