The illustrated figure displays data about oil production in Iran, Iraq, and Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE (from 1990 to 2010). The results are counted in millions.
Overall, it is evident that the most noticeable increase is in the rate regarding Saudi Arabia, which clearly outnumbered all other points by a substantial margin. However, Qatar remained the lowest throughout the given period, showing a slight change.
Moving to details, Saudi Arabia started with 8 million in 1990, while Qatar began with 1 million in 1990. Saudi Arabia skyrocketed in 2010 to 16 million, whereas Qatar had a marginal growth to 2 million in 2000. Despite a reduction to 2 million in 2005, it stayed less than 1 million.
Conversely, Iran, Kuwait, UAE, and Iraq were nearly similar to the first, except for Iran. All the countries produced 2 million barrels of oil in 1990 except Iran, which produced 3 million. In 2010, the countries had a gentle growth to 4 million. Interestingly, in recent years, Qatar’s oil production had remained unchanged.
