Overall,it is clear that Saudi Arabia experienced a significant increase in oil production capacity, while Qatar showed a decline.Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and UAE remained relatively stable for around 4 millions of barrels each throughout the period.
In detail , the number of oil production capacity in Saudi Arabia rose steadily from 0 to 15 millions of barrels in 2010.In contrast, Qatar saw a gradual decrease , for around 1 million in the years of 2000, 1999, 2005 and 2010.
