The line graph illustrates the proportion of households in Asia, Europe and America that had access to the internet from 2000 to 2020.
Overall, Asian users dominated at the end of the period, which was the lowest one over the two countries. While, America faced slightly decrease over the year.
In 2000, the lowest precentage of internet user was Asia just under 30%. However, after two years there was a considerably increase in that region and it continued to 2020 (with 70% respectively).
European percentage of using the internet was the highest one at the beginning of the period just over 50%, while, then slightly declined for around 45%. However, America was a second lowest one with 40% in 2000, then it continued steadily during 4 years. Interestingly, in 2020, it showed the same proportion with Europe (approximately 45% respectively), but neither regions couldn’t show high proportion of using the internet as high as Asia did.
