The pie graph elucidates the viewership of various TV programs, viz, sports, cartoon, Film, Drama and News, by three age groups, namely 10-15 years, 16-20 years and 21-25 years.
For the age group of 10-15 years, the most watched programs were sports and cartoon with 26% viewership each. The last followed program was News, standing at 6% viewership for this age group. In terms of 16-20 years age group, the most popular TV programs is Drama and the least with 30% people watching them. On the other side, Sports and cartoon took last place with 14% and 15% viewership respectively.
With respect to the age group of 21-25 years, the trend shifts to “News” being popular with 33% people. There is almost equivalent distribution of viewership Cartoon, Film and Drama as the percentage of people following them is 20%, 21% and 22% respectarely. The unpopular TV program for this age group is sport, as only 47% people are watching sports TV programs.
Concludingly, we can say that the trend for all three groups are different, but Drama and Film are the TV programs that seems to have caught attention for approximately one-forth people for each group. On the contrary kids whose New is the moet fluctuated TV program, program, viewership percentage varies from 6% to 33%.
