The data here displays the amount of energy farmed from wind in the following countries – India, Denmark, Germany and The United States between the years 1985 and 2000. It is recorded each in the span of 5 years.
India showed significant rise in the wind energy production. It showed approximately six fold increase in trend. Meanwhile Denmark had similar numbers at the beginning but on a span of 15 years Denmark increased its production upto eight folds up.
Comparing Germany which started on a median basis did not show much of an increase in the wind energy production but maintained a stable level for almost the entire recording time. The United States started off strong at the beginning, as it reached its peak in the span of next few years, it found a minor decrease in wind energy production. Here is where Denmark took over the United States in comparison given here.
