It is easy to understand why so many people use mobile phones in their everyday life, because the phone captured their attention, making their life like a toy. Whilemean, mobile phones give a different options and source of information via internet.

The main disadvantages are distractionand health issue. Not everyone can control their minds seeing a phone by having a free time. This creates a massive problem in society, such as troubles if he or she tries to contact someone in real life. Researchers have studied human brain and their addiction to mobile phones, and results show that brain can’t control dophamine over phone.

Although, mobile phoes are shown as a good side. Yet, not everyone is addicted to phone. Communication within geographical area is the main advantagement, as it facilates to make contact with users having no limit. Besides that, phone is our lifestyle, because it gives us multiple choices to begin our day: Calendar, to make an appointment; Notes, to note ideas; and Web, which works as the source of information.

In conclusion, despite the drawbacks, mobile phones are useful to improve lifestyle that can be used as the personal assistant
