Overall, except for France, all countries increased in 2015. All countries witnessed large fluctuations. The Germany saw the most dramatic increase from lowest in 2005 to the highest in 2015.
Although, UK had the lowest number in 2005 with under 40%, this highly increased up to 60% in 2015 whilst it remained steadily in 2007 and 2009. Germany started the period with just 20% in 2005, but it increased to approximately 60% in 2015 with a massive jump up to 30%.
France started 50% with the highest number, but it slighly decreased until 2013. The end of the period it witnessed 10% jump from 30% to about 40% in 2015.
