The given maps present the layout of the current industrial site and the future plan for modifying the same building.
Looking from an overall perspective, the site will completely change the infrastructures, paving the way for new accommodation. Furthermore, specific areas in the west and the east of the map will witness minimal changes, contrasting the middle zone, in which there will be a considerable alteration.
Regarding the west and east side of the site, the current factory will be expanded into a larger area, providing residents with new parking and an apartment. Additionally, the parking zone and the storage room in the first chart will be pulled down and transformed into a somewhat similar building as the one on the east side, turning it into a residential area consisting of a house with 3 bedrooms and another one with 4.
In terms of the remaining infrastructures, the main workplaces at the present are planned to be constructed into parking garages. The same alteration can be seen in the demolition of the current entrance and reception and the huge yard as they will be removed to make space for the new building. To be specific, the prior spot is predicted to include 3 houses, each has 2 bedrooms; the communal gardens and 3 new private roads.
