European country having issues on absenteeism in working. Based on the picture above, it explained there were five strong reasons which made people in europe not going to work such as illness, stress, personal needs, family responsinilities, and unexpected problems. In every five years, the percentage that appeared on the respondents were always different.
In 2000, illness was the highest reasons people not going to work. It followed by the familiy responsibilities, and the last was stress. In short, people in 2000 rarely get stressed because of working.
Getting stressed out was never be a serious problem from 2000 to 2005 for people in europe. It has showed in 2005, only 5% people who did not go to work. But, illness still be the highest for this case.
In 2010, stress increased more than 5% and almost got 10% worker did not go to work with this reason. The second excuse was people having so many family responsibilities to take care after ilnesses.
In conclusion, many worker in europe having issues with their healthy which affected to their absenteeism in working. It strengthened by the data from 2000, 2005, and 2010 which showed illness was the highest reasons for this case.
