Overall, there are four steps in the sequence, starting with the mixture of conveyor belt and contaminants (water and chemicals), followd by the conversion of the blend into water and soap, and ending with the rolls of recycled peper made by clean pulp.
The first two steps involve the transformation of the raw substance. Initially, the conveyor belt is conveyed into a container of water and chemicals. After this, this mixture is conducted a filtration by a strainer. Subsequently, water and soap is filtered, preparing for the next stages.
The remaining steps recycle newspapers. The collected amount of water and soap is removed ink, then the air is introduced for this blend. In the following step, it undergoes a deink procedure into water and chemicals. Then it is carried out a clean pulp by employing heated time, becoming paper rolls.
