The following pie charts illustrate the share of energy capacity between 2015 and expectation for 2040.
Overall, fossil fuel and solar energy were the most significant proportion for both years. Furthermore, fossil fuel, solar power and “other rewewables” also increased to its dominance, whilst other categories remained loss.
The lowest share of different sources has demonstrated in nuclear, wind and “other”, with 6 to 5%, 5-12% and from 23 to 21%, respectively. In comparison, wind will increase in 8%, while “other renewable” fell in 2%.
The highest portion experienced in fossil fuel and solar energy. Firstly, solar power rose incredibly from 2% to 18%. Moreover, in the year of 2015 the last category showed around 64%. In addition, by 2040 the proportion of fossil fuel has approximately reached a half of whole chart nearly 44%.
