Firstly a man,who wants to get a driving license should go to the driving license center.Then he need to fill the forms.After filling the forms you should take an eyesight test.If you fail the test you cant obtain a license.After you passes the test you should pay fee.Then you have the written exam.When you fail from this test you can retake two times the written exam.But if you fail from the second try you need to pay fee again to have written exam.If you pass the main written exam you will do the road exam.Finally if you pass the road exam,you will get the driving license and you can drive a car
