Overall, it is clear/evident that tourism boomed more significantly/considerably in 2007 than 2008. Consequently, each sector earned more in the former year than the latter, with accommodation services being the predominant/most lucrative/profitable industry, followed by catering establishments.
Starting with the bar chart, in 2007, the number of Chinese and Japanese tourists outweighed that of three other regions at approximately under 3,000, followed closely by Australian tourists. Next, the numbers of North American and European visitors were fairly the same. Meanwhile, in 2008, Australia edged out China and Japan in terms of visitor numbers. Following this, European travelers amounted to half the number of their East Asian counterparts, whereas travelers from North America made up only a quarter of East Asian tourists.
Turning to the table, the income of four industries in 2007. Hospitality being the most lucrative company with 3.5 million dollars annum per year, followed by catering establishments were 1.1 million apart from hospitality. However transportation and other accompaniment were factored out by 1 million. On the other hand, in 2008. The catering company received the highest income with 1.2 million dollars but it decreased by half from 2007. Moving on to the extra services which were the first runner-up with 1.1 million dollars and decreased only 3 million dollars one year before. Shockingly, the accommodation business had the second least number of profits that were received and dramatically decreased from 3.5 million to 0.5 million. In addition, transportation companies were nearly identical as aforementioned in the accommodation business.
