Overall the bar chart emphasizes the distinct changes between two groups, in their way that designate or rank these factor. Whereas one group is similar in some values, the other group shows some important differences.

Those factors that had a similar ranking were Team Spirit where both groups obtained a percentage of 60%, related to factor “Competent boss” the group between 45 – 60 was close a half (48%), while the other group was slightly less than a half (46% approximately) and Money was the other factor that was a similar answers with a percentage close to 70 (less than three-quarters).
