The given bar chart depicts the information about the average housework hours by women who were unemployed also part time and full time as well as full time working men in the years 1985, 1995, 2005.
Overall, women without jobs spent most time in the years 1985 and 2005, women with part time jobs had comparatively done more chores in 2005 than 1985 and 1995.House hold chores by full time employed ladies have also increased by 2005, however full time employed men participation were consistently lower in both 1985 and 1995 while in 2005 there was a noticeable variation.
Firstly, in 1985 occupation less women were performing more chores hours that is almost 7hours while both full time employed men and women were doing 2hours and 1 hour each while those ladies who had part time done 5.5 hours, however in 1995 there was noticeable changes as jobless women and part time women did lesser house hold chores 6.5 hours and 5 hours there has been slight downward trend in full time women to 1.5hrs while men remained unchanged.
Secondly, towards 2005 there were significant variations compared to the previous two years as part time women and full time (men, women) have increased to 6hrs, 1.5hrs and 2.5hrs respectively, and unemployed ladies also did 7hrs of errands.
