Degree programs was the second important factor, with 20% in 1989, remaining the same in 2005. Sport facilities experienced the highest percentage of growth from about 12% in 1989 to over 25% in 2005.
Proximity to home and resources recorded almost similar trend with about 17% and 15% in 1989, decreasing to about 10% in 2005, respectively.
