Overall, men occupied the majority of the jobs except clerical and professional work. In addition, tradesmen exceeds the number of tradeswomen drastically.
Initially, 900 men worked in trade which is by far the highest type chosen and half of that number (400) are labourers. However, it is clear that almost 1000 women preferred clerical sector, while one tenth joined production and business (100).
