The bar chart and the pie chart provide information on the participation of women and men in four different evening classes at an adult education centre and the ages of them in the year 2009.
Overall, the number of women learners were dominant in all courses with an exception of sculpture course in which men enjoyed participating and most of the men liked attending to painting classes rather than others. It’s clear that the main part of learners were 50 or over years old.
In the year 2009, totally there were 60 people enjoying learning new language , 40 of them were women and the rest were men. The quantity of men were similar in both sculpture and drama courses at 10, while the figure of women were at 5 and 20, respectively. There was only 5 difference between women and men painters in which women attended more and witnessed 30.
The percentage of 50 or over aged people saw 42% which was the highest and youngsters aged under 20 were 5% of learners. 40-49 aged people were 26% of participants and 20-29 years people witnessed 11% which was 5% less than 30-39 students.
