The chart displays the regular physical activity in percentage performed by females and males living in Australia with different aged groups during 2010.
Overall, it is evident that the males aged group 15_24 recorded the highest percentage in physical activity whereas, those who aged 35 to 44 had the lowest. Also, another point is that, the females aged group who received the highest percentage of participation was group 45 to 57, while age 25 to 34 accounted for the least.
To begin, males who fall into the age category 15 to 24 was seen to engaged the most in all physical endeavour recording 52.8% amongst the other aged group. Moving from age 25 to 34, 35 to 44, 45 to 54 and 55 to 64, to 65 and more, the proportion for participating began to drop to 48.7%.
Turning yo the females, those who aged from 25 to 34, 35 to 44, 45 to 54, 55 to 64 and 65 and over did more exercise that the males, with percentages ranging from 48.9%, 52.5%, 53.3,% and 53% respectively. Only with the exception of age 15 to 24 that overtook the females.
