Overall, it can be seen that both age groups value team spirit and work environment on an equal level. A higher percentage of people aged 18-30 were affected by most factors than the second age group.
While 90% of people from the younger age group are affected by the chances for personal development, only about 25% of people aged 45-60 had an interest in the same category. Furthermore, the proportion of people aged 18-30 influenced by a relaxed working environment accounted for almost 80%, which is significantly higher than the 30% recorded in the middle-aged group. What’s more, approximately 80% of young people were affected by promotion prospects, whereas the percentage of the second group in this field represented about 50%.
What affected people from the latter age group more than the first one was a competent boss and respect from colleagues. The percentages of those factors stood at approximately 50% and 45% respectfully. The rate of team spirit influencing workers stood at about 60%. Likewise, the work environment affected people in both age groups equally, the proportion of which represents 30%.
