A glance at the bar chart provided reveals the reasons which are affecting work performance at a company. These factors are decided by the survey which has taken by a personnel department.
As per the chart, the survey conducted on two age groups of employees: 18-30 and 45-60. It is apparent that, team spirit and work environment are making an equal impact on both age groups of workers, 57% and 30% accordingly. There are some factors that are affecting quite high on 18-30 aged workers, which are job satisfaction and money, around 50% and 70% similarly. In contrast, competent boss and respect from colleagues are the factors that are making less impact on 18-30 aged workers around 40-50%. Chance for personal development, relaxed working environment, job security and promotion prospects are the reasons which are affecting 50% lower on 45-60 aged employees than younger workers.
Overall, it can be seen that chance for personal development is affecting 90% on younger workers’ work performance and money 70% on older aged people, higher than all other factors. Whereas, job security is making lower impact on 45-60 age of group workers than others, and work environment, on the other side, is affecting less than others on younger workers.
