In detail, among people aged 55 and above, around 45% of men and approximately 37% of women did no exercise, making this the largest group. The second highest figures were observed in the 35-44 age group, where about 28-32% of both men and women were inactive.
By contrast, the youngest group (18-24) had the smallest proportion of people who did no exercise, at roughly 12% for men and 18% for women. Meanwhile, those aged 25-34 accounted for around 22-28%, while the figures for the 45-54 age group ranged between 28% and 32%.
