The box graph illustrates the average prices per kilometre of clothing imported into the European Union from six countries: Argentina, Brazil, Japan, China, India, and Bangladesh in 1981 and 2003.
Generalizing the diagram from an overall perspective, it is clear that the highest rate for clothes was found in Argentina in both years. Also, the graph shows that the Brazil had similar prices in pounds for clothing imported in 1981 and 2003.
Firstly, the graph demonstrates the average rate per kilometer of clothing imports, where the higher amount is in Argentina, between 25 and 30 pounds. Then, the prices slowly decrease in other countries. Brazil had the same pounds for clothing imported, at 23 pounds, and Japan reached 15 pounds of prices in 1993, decreasing in 2003.
On the other hand,the prices of clothing imports in different nations fluctuated between 1981 and 2003. China had 10 pounds in 1981. Then, highly increased in 2003 to over 15 pounds. India and Bangladesh had lower prices for clothing in 1981 than in 2003. Clothing imported into India in 2003 cost between 10 and 15 pounds. Finally, the lowest average prices found in Bangladesh in both years.
