In 2019, Fiction book sales were 120 thousand copies. This number saw a decline in 2020, reaching 100 thousand. Although it was the highest-selling book in both years. In contrast, the number of books for Children was the same in both years at 60 thousand copies.
In addition, the number of Non-fiction books sold was 80 thousand in 2019. This number was the second-highest among the other four genres. The number was increased and reached 90 thousand in 2020, at the same time, it was the second-highest. Moreover, the genres of Romance followed a similar pattern, from 40 thousand in 2019 to 50 million in 2020, although in both years the number was the least among other genres’ sales.
