With regards to the countries that made most cars, in 2020 Japan and USA outstripped other countries by representing 9 and 8.5 million cars respectively. Additionally, the proportion of car made in the Germany was notably less and made up 6 million cars in year 2020.
In terms of countries that made least cars, South Korea stands on the penultimate place by producing 4 million cars in year 2020. Slightly less that South Korea, India’s proportion of cars constituted only 3 millions and showed the smallest number.
In conclusion, Japan was the largest car manufacturer, followed by other countries, such as USA and Germany. India and South Korea were less significant in this regard.
