Overall, the highest figure of people without any qualifications was recorded among British females aged 50-59/64. Additionally, women also had the lowest rates in the age group from 17 to 19.
The percentage of British men aged 17-19 who did not have any qualifications was about 7%, conpared with women who had the lowest results among all ages groups, at 6%. Also, the figure for men aged 20-24 was greater, at approximately 8%, than that of women who had only about 7%. In the 25-29 age group, the number of both females and males was similar and was recorded at approximately 8%.
The people aged 30-39 had the identical results as those aged 25-29 with about 8% for each sex group. However, in the 40-49 age group, the figure for women was larger, at approximately 11%, whereas the figure for men was at 10%. Finally, in the age from 50 to 59/64 the proportion of unqualified females reached a peak across all age and sex groups, at 20%, while males had only about 17%.
