The presented bar chart shows the percentage of young people pursuing higher levels of education. There are 4 countries taken into account, each with 3 groups that are identified by the year 2000, 2005 and 2010 respectively.
Overall, the countries followed the same trend of having the later years have more percentage than the previous. The exception of this is Country B which has all of it’s groups at roughly 40 percent. Notably, the increase rate of Country A and Country D is higher than Country C.
Country A and D have their 2010 groups at about 55 and 60, respectively. This makes Country D the country with the highest percentage group. In contrast, Country A is the country with the lowest percentage group, that is the 2005 group with around 35 percent.
Country C, while also followed the aforementioned trend, is not quite as identical in regards to growth rate. With an increase of only 3 percents from 2000 to 2005, Country C is the country with the lowest growth rate, country B excluded. Country C is also the only one that did not receive an increase in percentage, from 2005 to 2010.
