The chart shows number of incidents and injuries per 100 million passengers miles travelled (PMT) by vhicles types in 2002.

Overall, there are five types of transportation, including commuter rail, heavy rail, light rail, bus and also demand responce. Incedents was dominant for all modes of transportation.

Looking at the incedents, Light rail and bus were nearly same, accounting for 76 miles and 76 miles respectively. As for heawy rail experienced 51 miles. Commuter rail was the most lowest transportation type, constituting 20 miles. As a result, demand responce made up 225 miles.

When it comes to injuries, heawy rail and light rail witnessed 35 miles and 39 miles respectively. The next figure showed 66 miles(Bus). The most lowest transportation type was commuter rail experienced 17 miles. At the end, demand responce indicated 173 PMT
