The bar charts provide information on educational data for young adult aged 15 in 10 different countries in 2015. The first chart shows the average number of hours per week that adolescent spend on homework, while the second chart displays the top science score according to international standards for the same year.
Overall, at the first chart illustrates that Italy’s and Ireland’s students spend the most time on homework. Student in Finland and south Korea have the lowest homework hours. Japan, Mexico, Canada, Australia, US, and Poland have a similarity in spending time doing homework.
The data on the first graph shows that students in Italy and Ireland was the biggest in spending time doing the homework. They spend around 7 until 8 hours per week. Meanwhile, students which spending on homework in Finland and south Korea was the lowest, they only spend less than 3 hours doing homework. Student in Japan, Mexico, Canada, US and Poland had spent time on homework almost similar, the duration around 4 until 5 hours.
In the second graph shows that the top leader in science was in Finland. Finland success achieve score to 568. And China was in the second position with score 543. The third position was in Canada, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan and new Zealand. They have similar score achievement, around 500 to 530.
