Overall, it is evident that the nation Sierra Leone have the lowest literacy percentage below the 40%. While, the countries such as Georgia and Slovakia were on the first position globally with 100.00% literacy rates in the year of 2004.

Looking in more detail, from country Slovakia to Peru the trend of the literacy rates gradually decreased. In that, Israel was just under the 100%. And the provinces such as Colombia, Mexico and Indonesia had the rates between 80%-90%. The proportion in Qatar was at around 85%. While, the other following countries such as Brazil and Peru have the identical rates. Furthermore, the another three territories Turkey, Syria and Tunisia have the minor difference in the percentages of literacy and it was between 60%-85%. And the remaining countries Cambodia, Haiti and Pakistan have the vast dissimilarities. Because, Pakistan was at 45% and Cambodian literacy rates was around 75% in the year 2004.
