Overall , Algeria and China witnessed the largest increases in property prices; however, Algeria experienced a steady decrease , while China followed the opposite trend. The trend for Argentina fluctuated over the period shown.
According to the figure, the percentage growth of property prices was the highest in Algeria in 2007, at nearly to 6.5%. This figure decreased dramatically in the following year to roughly about 4.5% before dropping again to about 3.2% in 2009 and 3.0% in 2010. By contrast, in 2007, the numbers of China was very low out of all , at 2.0%. Though it rose wildly in the next three years, in the peak of over 6.5%.
The figure for Argentina was around 3.0% in 2007,but experienced a sharp increase after that year just over 4.5% before plummeting to nearly 1.2% in 2009 and rising again to over 2.0% in 2010.
