The graph illustrates proportion of individuals visiting cinemas in different days of week in a European country.
Overall, whilst people showed a steadily increase throughout the period, days for cinema activity fluctuated. Despite this, Saturday maintained the first place as a cinema day for every year.
To begin, although going to cinemas on Monday was the lowest in 2003, it rose significantly, nearly doubling its share on Tuesday, reaching 20%. There was a slight decline during middle week days as Wednesday and Thursday ,but a substantial increase of nearly 15% for each year on Fridays.
Friday was the only week of the day that people tended to go to cinemas evenly for every year. From Friday to Saturday, individuals illustrated a huge resurgence to a high point of reaching just over 40%,before receding to under 35% on Sunday. The tendency for going out to cinemas was higher on Friday and at weekends, especially.
