Moving to Indonesia, it was showing only 15% at the beginning, and in 2000 it caught up with Thailand, and after 10 years it caught up with the Philippines too and became the number 2 country, showing 60% at the end. Regarding Thailand, the percentage was about 18% in 1970; over the given period it grew to 45%, showing the lowest result.
