From the birds eye, age catagories from 18-23, 24-33 and 44-53 ages people’s proportion experienced overall increase over the period, while over 34 to below 43 showed some fluctuation though, their overall staus remained stable over the same period.
To commence with, exercise was always popular to the young-aged individuals. It dramatically increased to around 24% from 16% in 1994, before declined to 20% in 1998, and then it again rose steadily and reached its peak to approximately 25.5% in the end.In contrast , 34 to 43 aged people gym going percentage remained stable from 1990 to 1994, then go up steadily to close to 10%, before neglible decline.Ultimately it continued it increasing trend in the end.
Most intersting fluctuation happend in the aged of 18-23. It jump dramatically to around 20%, before go down to approxmately 15% in 1998.Finally, after some ups and down it reched to 10% in 2010. Other ages people exhibited some swing but increased to around 7% from 5% throught the period.
