The bar chart compares the amount of animal protein and other kinds of protein that people intake in different parts of the world: India, East Africa, Latin America, and North America.
Overall, North America has the highest intakes of animal protein and others, whereas Indian eat the smallest amount of protein. It is also noteworthy that animal protein is most popular among areas, except for India which the figure for other types of protein is thought to be favored.
North America ranks first in the share of protein intakes as opposed to the other parts of the world. Specifically, average animal protein intakes account for 62%, which is considerably higher than other protein, with 18%. Latin America witnesses the same pattern, with the percentage of animal protein being 32%, far surpassing other protein shares’ only 13%.
With regards to East Africa and India, it can be clealy seen that people consume far less protein than American. the total amount of protein which is observed in East Africa is 31%, with nearly similar shares between animal protein and other kinds of 16% and 15% respectively. In contrast, Indian eating other protein, at 15%, is slightly greater than those who eating animal protein, at 13%.
