The bar graph compares the percentage of price difference in five different cities, namely New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankfurt, London between the years from 1990 to 2002 and the year 1989.
Overall, the price of accommodation Madrid and Frankfurt experienced the total increase, meanwhile that percentage showed the opposite in the capital of Japan. Moreover, in both London and New York the proportion of house price decreased in the first part (1990-1995) and grew in the second part (1996-2002).
From the year 1990 to 1995 the percentage of accommodation price increased almost same, about 3 % in both Madrid and Frankfurt. However in the second part the price of houses in Madrid experienced more growth compared to Frankfurt. When it comes to the city that showed total decrease from whole 1990-2002 years, the percentage was about -5 to -7 %.
Furthermore, in New York the percentage of decrease in the first part was -5 % and the 5 % in the second part. Finally, the percentage of medium accommodation price in London showed approximately -7 % decrease in the years 1990-1995 compared to the year 1989 and about 12 % more increase as opposed to the same year.
