According to the graph, from 1990 to 1995, Germany had the highest increase in housing expenditures in contrast to the USA and the UK and they had the lowest
consumption on housing. But in 1996-2002, the first spot goes to the UK and Germany paid the lowest price in accomodation. The diagram was divided into five categories of cities. In 1990 – 1995, it was estimated to have 3 percent of increase in Germany. It had the most upward percentage change in average house prices, next to it is Spain, it increased at approximately 2%. The USA came in third with -5% and the UK and Japan took the last spot from 1990-1995 with only -7%.
Moving on to 1996-2002. The UK had a sharp increase in price with approximately 11% followed by the USA with 5%. On third place is Spain with probably 4% and Germany had a little decrease with 1%. The least amount of change came from Japan with merely -5%.
