The bar graph provides the percentage changes in typical home values in five cities from 1990 to 2002 and the average house prices in 1989. Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of house prices in London was enormously higher than that in Frankfurt between 1996 and 2002.
By looking at the graph, the prices of an average house in Tokyo and London were dropped to -8% during 1990 and 1995. Then, there was an identical fall in the percentage of home values in New York and Tokyo to a small minority.
From 1990 to 2002, the changes of prices for an average home in Madrid and Frankfurt were recorded by 2%. There were not much changes of house prices in New York and Madrid between 1996 and 2002, recorded at 5% and 4%, respectively. However, the prices of house in London were 10% higher than that in Madrid during 1990 to 2002.
