Overall, injuries and incidents from the demand response was the highest among all. While incidents and injuries by the Bus and the light rail stood in middle, and the numbers of the commuter rail was the lowest among all.
On the one hand, in 2002, about 225 incidences were reported, and around 160 injuries were recorded per 100 million PMT. These numbers were the highest of all. However, 10 incidents and 9 injuries recorded for the commuter rail. These numbers were lowest of all.
On the other hand, incidents by the rain and the bus were recorded same, almost 75 per 100 million PMT, but there were 60 injuries in the bus and about 40 injuries were reported in the light rail per 100 million PMT in 2002.
