Overall, it is evident that the volume of burglaries faced with down ward trend, whereas the rate of robbery and car theft fluctuated steadily during 10 years.

Burglary had by far the highest number incidents among various crimes with almost 3500 number in 2010, which exhibited increasing for following next years and reached to about 4000 crimes in 2011, in contrast, car theft that ranked second among different crimes fluctuated steadily around 2500 incidents for 3 years. In the following decades, the rates of burglary declined and turned almost one third in 2015 with just 1000 number of incidents. In the same trend, the proportion of car theft decreased to 2000 in the year 2013.

The robbery ranked third with just 500 numbers of incidents in 2010, that experienced grew and doubled during 2 years and reached to 1000 incidents. In the following decades, the volume of robbery fluctuated steadily around 1000 and in the same figure with robbery, the volume of burglary and car theft fluctuated steadily around 1500 and 2500 number of crime, respectively.
