The bar chart illustrates the GDP of the United States, China, Japan, and Germany.
Overall, all four countries showed a GDP growth between the years analysed, 2005 and 2010, respectively. Comparing all nations, China presented a significant increase, while the other countries had a more modest rise in their GDP, over the 5-year period.
America had the highest GDP in 2005, with around 13,000 and steadily slowly to roughly 15,000 by the year of 2010. While China started having the lowest GDP amongst all countries, with its figures just a little over 2,000, they almost tripled their numbers over the period, reaching nearly 6,000 in 2010, which made China’s the second highest of all four nations.
Japan’s presented a very modest variation in their numbers, by increasing roughly 1,000, over the entire period. Finally, Germany’s GDP barely changed, the figures only moved from around 3,000 in 2005 to a little over it by 2010, making them not only the lowest GDP growth, but also at the bottom of the ranking in 2010.
