The bar chart illustrates a statistic of international students from China, Japan, America and Russia submitting for a European unversity from 2004 to 2008. Overall, students from China and America relatievely are the most common for applying to the Europepean university, while students from Russia are the most unfrequent.
There is seen a gradual decreasing trend for the Chineese students. For example, in 2004 at around 27500 students applied from China, and at the end, in 2008, there was 15000 who applied a form. In addition, American applicants had an enstable trend, differing each year at around 10000-20000. Interestingly, in 2008 they skyrocketed with the 27500 candidates, like Chinese students showed in 2004.
Another two countries, Japan and Russia. They are not so many, but Japan had a significant increasing over the years, from 5000 pretenders in 2004, reaching 15000 candidates at the end.
