Overall, it is clear that during the period juveline crime happened in rural and urban areas first increased slowly then decreased considerably. The amount of total crime arrests for persons under 18 fluctuated during the given period.
Juvenile crime committed in rural and urban areas started their increase with nearly 3% and 1% particularly in 1995. In 1996 both the figure of both areas reached their peak point that nearly 4% and 2% respectively. From 1996 both the figure of juvenile crime of both areas started to decrease considerably and finished at nearly -2% and -4% respectively.
The figure of suburbaneses’ juvenile crime started to increase in the beginning period and reached it peak point that 8%. From 1996 its amount decreased to nearly -1% until 1997. Then started increase and finished with neutral (0%) percentage in the last year.
