Conversely, owning households commenced with its lowest percentage of nearly 23. The rates of it climbed steadliy, but it had a marginal reduction in 2011 from relatively 70 to 65 percentage. Additionnally, the tendency was reversed after 1971, the own households surpassed the renting houses.
