The bar chart gives information about the rates of females and man who speak diffrent language in six countries China, Romania, Thailand, India, Russia and Vietnam.

Overall, it is clear from the graph that females who are proficient in a foreign language had higher precentage than males, the bigest number for both were recorded in India and Romania.

In China, around 17 percent males students who can speak foreign language, compared to females about 30 percent. In Romania the rates of male is approximetly 42 percent, wile females reach almost 65 percent. In thailand, the only country is male learning foreign language better than females at around 31 percent for males, compared to nearly 28 percent for females.

In India, the bigest county that had more students speak foreign language, 66 percent for male and approximetly 77 percent for females. In Russia about 35 percent of males and 44 percent of females.
