The demonstrated is a bar chart which provides data on the proportion of students who are able to speak in a foreign language fluently among six countries (China, Romania, Thailand, India, Russia and Vietnam)
Overall, female foreign language speakers take the lead over than men in almost every country respectively, only Thai male speakers are more than women among those countries.
The highest female speaker area is India with approximately 68% following this Romania has 65% meanwhile it has also the highest sex difference about speaking in a foreign language more than 20% however in India the difference is only half of this.
Russia, China and Vietnam have similar tendencies about differences 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. The only country has more male speakers than women is Thailand although the gap between sexes is merely 2%. Furthermore the peak number of male foreign speakers is in India with about 55% on the other hand the lowest is in China with 17% it is almost the half of the lowest number of female speakers in Thailand as well.
